The steps of the arbitration process are as follows:

• Theresearchersubmits to the Scientific Publishing Committee of the Commission(Annex 3) members of the ScientificPublishingCommittee) to submit3 hardcopies of the research in A4 size and a soft copy with the title, participants on the research, and the theiremployersIntroduction to the research, keywords, and a summary of the research in one of the geology sectors, especially rocks, mineral ores, methods of study and previous work and a detailed explanation of the Aim of the research and then deals with the work that the studied to achieve it, results and recommendations, and the list of referencesismentionedcontainingthenameofTheauthor, the title of the reference, the year of its publication, the number of pages, the journal in which the reference was published and its alphabetical order.
• The ScientificPublishingCommittee of the Authoritynominates 2 professors with the rank of professor from Egyptian universities or specialized research centerstoarbitrate the research and prepares letters for them with sending of the arbitration form(Annex4)with the research in a closed envelope, where the professor references evaluate the research and send the response no later than a month, the committee studies the arbitrator's report and if there are corrections in the research, the researcher makes those required corrections and then give a hard copy and a soft copy,
• thecostofPublishing calculated according to the rules in force in then giving the researcher a certificate of acceptance of the research on publication in the issue that will be issued at the end of the calendar year.
• Research papers are collected during the calendar year and during the month of Decemberofeachyear, steps are taken to print the volume that is agreed upon by the PublicationCommittee of the Authorityandgive the researcher ten copies of his research so that the can submit them to his employers for the purpose of promotion or any other
